Home Remedies For A Sore Heel

When you have a sore heel, this can be painful and can leave you restless. There are some things at home which you can try at home, using natural ingredients. These are a few of those things which can help you find relief.

You must have the right kind of footwear when doing physical activities. Especially when you are doing activities that have you running or jumping. Not having the right kind of shoes could really cause pain or discomfort. There are insoles which you can purchase, to put inside of your shoes, to add extra padding.

When you are laying down in bed, you should rub your feet. You can use a muscle rub ointment if you have some at home. These will penetrate through the skin, in order to help relax the specific area. If you do not have a muscle rub, you can also use just a regular lotion. As you are massaging, apply pressure on this area in order to find relief.

Another remedy that could help is apple cider vinegar. You can grab a small cloth or small piece of paper, but has to be the size of the affected area. Dip this into the apple cider and let it soak for a minute. Then apply this soaked paper or cloth onto your foot and leave it there as you rest.

Soaking your feet in hot water could also bring a soothing sensation. You do not want the water to be too hot, as then it will burn when you put your feet in there. Have it at a temperature that you are able to handle it. Place this in a foot spa tub, or even a bucket. Then place your feet in there to soak for about 20 minutes.

If you have a sore heel, then these are ways to find relief. The best thing about these is that you can do them in the comfort of your home, with ingredients you may already have. You can also purchase over the counter anti inflammation medicine to help with the pain.
